What is an interactive widget?

Creating an interactive widget can be completed in just 4 simple steps.

First click on "Add New Widget",

Step 1: Details

• Enter the name for your widget.

• Choose interactive flow.

• You can either publish or unpublish your widget.

• Next, upload a thumbnail for your widget.

• Click on next.

Step 2: Media Library

• This is your entire media library.

• Add all your files by clicking on the "Upload Media" button.

• Click on "Next" Button.

Tip: Add multiple files into your library, so that you can access them when required.

Step 3: Widget Content

• To set up the interactive flow, first add all the steps within the widget.

• Once you have added all the steps, toggle the start here button for the step that you want the widget to start on.

• Now click on interactive set up, for the next step.

• This will direct you to a pop up where you can enable buttons to help you make your video interactive.

• First add names for your buttons & click on next button.

• Select the duration in which you would like your button to appear in seconds (i.e. once the step starts, after how many seconds would you like the button to appear.)

• Next Select the placement of the button. Next, choose the outcome of the button. If you would like to redirect to a URL or to another step. Incase of URL, add the URL or else link the step of your choice.

• You can customise the button to your choice of colour and text colour.

• Click on Finish.

Step 4: Widget Settings

• Add a background to your widget by uploading an image or you can choose from our library.

• Next choose whether you want your widget to be open to public or for lead generation. Incase of open content, the widget will be viewed to all viewers. For lead generation, viewers will have to fill in their details before accessing the widget.

• Click on "Finish".

You can also preview your widget before publishing.
